Beretta 21A Bobcat FDE 22 LR 7 rd Threaded Barrel J212126

The exclusive tip-up barrel allows the user to easily load a round directly into the chamber. It also assists in the safe clearing of the pistol by allowing a live round to be easily removed from the chamber and the bore quickly checked. Jamming and stovepiping problems are virtually eliminated by the open slide design shared by all small frame Berettas. The Bobcat Series utilize the toughest of forgings for their barrels, while slides are fashioned from solid steel bar stock and frames are machined from solid aluminum forgings. Stainless steel might be difficult to machine, but makes for exceptional corrosion-resistance.
Reliable after a few mags coatings are superior.
Color black preferred but the coating chemistry and PTFE "Blaster Garage Door Lubricant" make this pocket pistol 100% in every way. I know sounds crazy but the BLASTER Garage Lube is pennies on the dollar compared to other "GUN" lubes. I also confess that Remington Gun Oil Aerosol (with the little ball bearings that click when you shoot) is also super on this coating. A happy marriage. Slick. Silenced with 36 gr or 40 gr otherwise supersonic AMMO is still subsonic due to BBL dynamics. I carry 2. All the time. I am heavy set old and baggy pantaloons most of the time. Probably could pocket a 1928 Thompson. The point is, 22LR is deadly as long as to place and apply sufficient rounds where they need to go. I was LEO in southern LA 1974-2004 and wish I had this gem of a backup and primary at NOLA Mardi Gras. All of our holstered weapons were "empty" Amazing how many drunk tourists grab your gun. When they did it was empty. Most of the time we just had a good arrest and laugh! Other times it was different and more complicated. So in my opinion I would reach out to this little GEM as I did for my self X2 and my 2 sons. Thanks Beretta for such a fine addition. By the way the 950 in22 short is remaining the most conceal carry I can think of. One more opinion, a 22 short long or LR are very deadly weapons. Saw too many shootings involving 22 cal. Deadly and dangerous and underplayed. That's all folks! Grab one of these and pocket the thing.
