Noveske Chainsaw 556 Nato MLok Handguard 16" Barrel 02001088

Noveske has released a new product line of AR-15 rifles called the Chainsaw, a forged product offering based on a hybrid of their Gen 1 and Gen 4 designs. This Chainsaw is available in a 16" barrel length chambered in 556 Nato. This product line is intended for rugged and practical use. It is Noveske's utilitarian offering, with the same quality and dependability at a price point that is open to more users.

The Chainsaw's barrel features a 416R stainless steel construction with a 1:7 twist and a mid-length gas tube system. The upper receiver is made of 7075-T6 aluminum with extended feed ramps, a black nitride Noveske marked forward assist, and a Radian Raptor LT charging handle. The handguard is a GEN 4 NSR-15 M-LOK Free Floating Handguard. The lower receiver is a Noveske Chainsaw forged lower receiver from 7075-T6 aluminum with a flared magazine well and a Magpul enhanced aluminum trigger guard. The furniture includes a Magpul MOE SL stock and a Magpul MOE K2 grip.

In terms of specifications, the Chainsaw has a capacity of 30 rounds, a dry weight of 6.8 pounds, and an overall length of 35 1/4 inches with a collapsed stock to the end of the muzzle device. It comes with one 30-round Gen 3 PMAG and is finished with hardcoat type III anodizing.
