Engineered for operators who value both maneuverability and advanced gas control, the XH-556 SC merges an ultra-compact 3D printed titanium tube with a robust 718 Inconel blast baffle. It is perfectly tailored for the higher pressure demands of 5.56 / .223 firearms. By integrating B&T's Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) and a redesigned low-flash endcap, this subcompact suppressor addresses typical backpressure issues of short-barreled rifles as well as flash signature in confined or dynamic environments.

Though built in a notably compact footprint, the XH-556 SC blends the low weight of a 3D printed titanium body with the focused muzzle-flash control offered by an Inconel blast baffle. This unique pairing enables it to handle punishing heat and rapid firing sequences. It retains the agile, subcompact form that operators need for quick transitions and close-quarter maneuverability. The RBS keeps bolt-speed increases under 2%, extending component life and minimizing blowback toward the shooter.

On the muzzle end, the low-flash endcap cuts down on visual signature, particularly beneficial for close-quarters work or low-light scenarios. It features a weldless 3D printed design compatible with 1.375x24 TPI HUB interfaces and wrench flats. The suppressor is full-auto rated with no barrel length restrictions, optimized for 14.5-inch and longer carbines while performing flawlessly on shorter barrels. It has undergone SOCOM Burn Down Testing with 240 rounds x 95 repeated cycles for over 22,000 rounds.
