TISAS 1911 45 ACP 4" REGENT CC45 - BLACK CERAKOTE Commander

There is no better purchase out there in gunland for a 1911 than these Tisas 1911's. I have no complaints at all. Shoots great and has solid construction. I own several different models. Sure you can pay 3 times as much and get a better gun, But this gun for the money is the best out there. Don't pass it up.

I just picked up the CC45 today on a whim, and I have to say I'm impressed with the quality considering it's a $400 pistol. Albeit it is not lightweight by any stretch of the imagination compared to other manufacturers.

What it does have; is a very smooth and sleek black finish, the laser etching on the side is moderate/tasteful (not like a giant billboard), ambidextrous safety, large clear 3 dot sights, and a very crisp trigger pull with little take up. The only thing with the trigger pull I personally don't care for is that it is slightly heavier than what I am used to. But it is definitely manageable. Tooling marks are minimal from what I have noticed so far.

The only real cons I can offer this piece are the overall fully loaded weight (2.5-3 lbs), and while the safety is audible and has a tactile click it isn't as stiff as I would like.

All in all, I feel if you're tight on cash but want a 1911 platform to get started with or want something more compact than the traditional 5" this would be a fantastic option.
