I bought this as a gun to open cary when hiking do to the low price. I ended up liking it better than my ruger security 9. Its recoil is lower and the sights where set correctly right from the box. I highly recommend this gun.

I love everything about this gun except the clips are a little tight to load. But they provided an assist tool to help you load the clip. GUNPRIME rocks! Easy purchase with transfer to local FFL within a day or so. Very fast ship!

this firearm looks and feels pretty good. the cerakote finish should help with durability, 3 mags allows for 2 to be used for range purposes and 1 for a home defense or conceal/carry option without having to reload or change rounds as often. the only issue i have was that i found some damage underneath the backstrap and reported it via email but never received a follow up response. i’ve attached a photo here as well.

I first saw the STR-9 at a store and loved the feel of it, but waited too long and it sold out. When I saw it here for the same price, I jumped on it. What a great value for the money! It is accurate, has great sights, is comfortable, and fires anything I've put through it. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a budget 9mm.

As someone who owns a Stoeger shotgun, I knew their penchant for quality. However, buying a handgun from a manufacturer known for shotguns was a bit interesting. I can say the same great quality is also in their handguns. It shoots amazing. The reviews on YouTube are all over the place, but from experience it is amazing. The only negative is the initial spring tightness on the magazines.

I bought this pistol from a retail outlet. It is an amazing buy.

3 mags, stainless, stiff to load at first, but they limber up after a few loadings.

Big 3dot sights. Shot to point of aim right out of the box. Included tiny Allen key for the rear sight's windage adjustment. Sights are not Glock and seem proprietary.

Trigger was 6+ lbs, very glock like in feel, take-,up, break and reset. I was doing fast doubles within the first 2 mags. I have already ordered a 3.5# connector for it. (Glock). I will also obtain a smooth trigger for it to see if the Glock one will fit.

No external safety. I will obtain a Siderlock trigger button safety for Glocks and see if that works.

STEEL recoil spring guide rod and captive spring.

The cerakote finish is really nice, smooth and consistent. The molded frame matches the slide color exactly. Take that FN SCAR.

Also included a mag loader, a cool Stoeger rooster ring, plain box.

Still interested in seeing what threaded barrel might fit in the gun.

Can't wait til the compact is available in FDE.
