2020 WAYPOINT FEATURES
The Model 2020 Waypoint premium American-made bolt action hunting rifle. It features a carbon fiber stock for light weight and rugged strength, and the carbon fiber barrel delivers precision performance downrange. The action has dual locking lugs on the fluted bolt run smoothly down EDM raceways for perfect, repeatable engagement while an optimized extraction cam provides robust, reliable extraction in any condition. Additionally, the bolt features dual cocking cams for ease of operation and toolless disassembly for maintenance. The Waypoints trigger from TriggerTech features a low-profile, non-snag safety and employs the company's Frictionless Release Technology. Its adjustable from 2.5-5 pounds with a patented, free-floating roller for a crisp, clean and repeatable pull.

My first experience with GunPrime and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Easy no hassle transaction and the gun arrived at my FFL way sooner than I expected. In 3 days it was waiting for me to pick up! Couldn't be any happier with the entire process. The 2020 Waypoint is exactly what I was hoping for. It's a lightweight tack driver that feels like a custom built gun. Just completed the barrel break in and after about 40 rounds through it it is now punching holes in holes.
The rifle has a good feel to it. The quality seems very good and the action smooth. I put a Leupold VX6HD 4-24 on it and changed out the factory trigger choosing to go with a lighter pull of 1 1/2 lbs. I have fired (4) 3 shot groups using factory premium ammunition. So far the rifle has failed to shoot the accuracy guaranteed 0.75 groups or less. Instead my groups have been 1.25-1.50 inches at 100 yds with 150gr. bullets. I will try the Barnes Vortex 150gr TTSX this week. If the rifle fails to shoot 0.75 or less I will be sending it back to Springfield Armory to be accurized or re-barreled. I currently own (3) XDM pistols and (2) Saint Victor rifles and they all perform very well.
Been looking for one almost a year. Either the dealers did not know of it or said they had ordered some, but no info on when they would get any. Found one place that said they had them, but checking on them came up with scam alert. Then I came across GUNPRIME, and my dream came true! Ordered on a Sunday evening and had it 5 days later.
Went to the range a week later and this is one fine gun. It is better than I am at this point, haven't been able to shoot much in a long time. It is light, but does not punish you when shot. Did not get the adjustable cheek piece since mainly for hunting, but the fit for me is great and do not feel I need it. The grip feels great and the trigger fantastic, don't know that I need to adjust it. The bolt is very smooth. Next time out I will try my Omega 300 on it. Looking forward to a big Axis and Whitetails this fall (along with the darn hogs). Thanks much PRIMEGUN, I would definitely do business with you in the future!
