Mauser M18 308 Win Black Synthetic M180308

I like the features on this M18. The hammer forged barrel, medium weight, very good action, good stock and grip feel. I looked at a used one locally and bought it new from Gunprime for less.
The only negative is the owner (me) has not put a good scope on it yet. I was able to fire it some, but look forward to getting it set up with the right scope and sling.

The m18 features a 60deg bolt lift, 3 position safety, detachable box mag that can be top fed in a pinch, and a surprisingly crisp single stage trigger. I was about to get a Tikka but I'm 100% glad I took a chance on a mauser.

Based on a great deal of research and overwhelmingly positive reviews, I recently purchased a Mauser M18 from Gunprime. I was more than pleased with the purchase, both from a customer service and product quality perspective. The ordering process was simple and intuitive and rifle was shipped within 24 hours and arrived at my FFL within three days. The rifle itself shows quality construction I would have expected from a much more expensive rifle. The trigger exceptional out of the box and adjustable. There are no discernible tool marks and the action is very smooth. Though synthetic, the stock is very stiff and does not contact the barrel. The softer rubber grip inlay is comfortable. Overall fit and finish is miles ahead of similarly priced offerings that I also considered. Though I have not had the opportunity to shoot the rifle, thus far it appears to be an exceptional value at the price listed. No regrets in buying it at all. I would definitely buy from Gunprime again as well.

The gun was exactly as presented and an excellent value.
