The GSS model features a 5 inch bull barrel with a bushingless design which allows for a longer recoil spring providing more reliability with the heavy barrel and 10mm ammunition. Rounding out the custom features of this 1911 are the skeletonized hammer and trigger, extended beavertail grip safety, extended manual thumb safety, and a beveled magazine well and ejection port.
