Manufactured in 1971 with standard markings and features. The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame, the grip straps under the left panel and on the grips. The cylinder is marked “122”. The matching assembly number “402” is marked on the loading gate and on the right rear of the frame. The left side of the trigger guard is stamped with the “VP” in a triangle proofmark and a “V”. The right side is stamped with an “E”. It includes an original unnumbered box with properly marked label and a manual.
Condition: Excellent. The revolver retains 98% plus original nickel finish with some light handling/storage scuff marks overall and a light drag line on the cylinder. The grips are like new. Mechanically excellent with clear markings. The box is very good with some light storage/shelf wear particularly on the left corners.
