Manufactured in 1956, the second year of Python production, one of only 1,350 made that year. Blade front and adjustable notch rear sights, with the two-line model and caliber markings on the left side of the barrel and one-line address on the right, checkered hammer, serrated trigger and checkered wraparound grips with Colt medallions.
Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish. The right side of the revolver shows a few mild scuffs, possibly from being dropped, on the cylinder, barrel and frame, with a few other light handling marks and bright wear on the high points. The grips are excellent, with light verdigris around the medallions and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
